Shipping Policy

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are carrier transit time estimates from the date your order ships. These estimates do not include order processing or fulfillment time and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

All orders ship from Los Angeles. Our warehouse is currently a small team, and we are working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Following our recent product release, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated. We appreciate your patience as our team works diligently to process and ship every order.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after your shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical shipping address when placing your order.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and cannot be estimated or collected by Cloak prior to shipment.

The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. If you choose to refuse these charges and the package is abandoned or not returned to us, no refund will be issued. If the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange policy

All items are final sale; therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us at support@cloakbrand.com with photos and a brief description of the issue, and include your order number, email address, and full name so we may assist you promptly. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or to have your order reshipped.

Duties and Customs

Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States may incur import fees and duties and/or taxes that are not reflected in our prices. We do not cover any international duties or taxes.

Canceling an Order

Please email support@cloakbrand.com to see what options may be available to you. If the order has already been sent to the courier, we are not able to intervene.

Can I change or modify my address?

IMMEDIATELY after purchase, please email support@cloakbrand.com to see what options may be available to you. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

I never received a confirmation email.

If you did not include an email address, or entered it incorrectly, you will not receive any communication from your order. Email us at support@cloakbrand.com with your order number, full name, email address, and we will send you that information.

 

I can’t find my order, but it says it was delivered.

  • Give the courier service up to one week for delivery after marking your package delivered.
  • Ask your neighbors, Couriers are human and will misdeliver to the wrong address. Don’t forget to check around shrubs or in the mailbox!
  • Contact your local post office and see if they are holding your package.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please consult the sizing guide before purchasing.
