Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All items are final sale; therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us at support@cloakbrand.com with photos and a brief description of the issue, and include your order number, email address, and full name so we may assist you promptly. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or to have your order reshipped.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please consult the sizing guide before purchasing.

Delivery dates will be estimated at the time of your order but please note, delivery time frames are estimates only.
All orders ship from Los Angeles and usually take 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information which will begin to update once the order is processed. Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical address for shipping.
All domestic orders should arrive in 7-10 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
All orders outside of the US should arrive in 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This method does not include full tracking and may incur additional fees charged by your country for imports. Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States may incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional customs fee's charged by your country. If you refuse to pay the fees and the products are not returned, we will not issue a refund. If the products are returned, we will issue a refund for the products only. Shipping is non-refundable.

IMMEDIATELY after purchase, please email support@cloakbrand.com to see what options may be available to you. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

- Give the courier service up to one week for delivery after marking your package delivered.
- Ask your neighbors, Couriers are human and will misdeliver to the wrong address. Don’t forget to check around shrubs or in the mailbox!
- Contact your local post office and see if they are holding your package.

If you did not include an email address, or entered it incorrectly, you will not receive any communication from your order. Email us at support@cloakbrand.com with your order number, full name, email address, and we will send you that information.
